Dear Radical friends,
As you may know, Moscow’s authorities unlawfully prohibited nonviolent and peaceful action of protest (on Manezhnaya square) against future Putin’s inauguration. As you undoubtedly know, Putin’s “victory” on these elections was proclaimed officially, although the elections were not honest. The action will be performed by Russian oppositional activists from the different regions of Russian Federation on Manezhnaya square, in the very center of Moscow, at 7 o’clock p.m. of local time on May, 6.
We, Russian Nonviolent Radical Party’s (and\or “Free Radicals” libertarian movement’s) militants ask you to support Moscow’s action of May, 6 through picketing of Russian embassy in Rome on May, 6, or, if it will be impossible that day, on May, 7.
Thank you very much for your possible support.
Sincerely, -
Alex Moma

Until now, it is one of only two (this, and American 'Radio Liberty') Russian-speaking radios I am listening.
MOSCOW — The editor in chief of an influential Russian radio station recently rebuked by Prime Minister Vladimir V. Putin for its biting criticism of the Kremlin stepped down from the station’s board of directors on Tuesday after its government-controlled owners announced changes in the board’s membership, including the removal of its only two independent members.
The editor, Aleksei A. Venediktov, said that he would remain in charge of the newsroom at the station, Ekho Moskvy, but that he would not remain on the nine-member board. The authorities said that politics were not involved in the decision to reshuffle the board, but the shake-up at the station, which is controlled by Russia’s government-owned natural gas monopoly, Gazprom, nevertheless sent a chill through the journalistic world here.......

Annual Report on Death Penalty in the World, prepared by Radical party's affiliate.
August 4, 2011: the 2011 Report on the death penalty worldwide, supervised again this year by Elisabetta Zamparutti, was presented at the headquarters of Hands Off Cain. Foreign Minister Franco Frattini, Education Minister and Transitional Tunisian Government spokesperson Taïeb Baccouche, Senate Vice President Emma Bonino, HOC President Marco Pannella, HOC Secretary Sergio D’Elia, and Elisabetta Zamparutti all participated at the conference. Also present were ambassadors and representatives of numerous foreign embassies. During the conference, Foreign Minister Frattini said: "Regarding Mubarak, Egypt must show courage in avoiding the temptation for revenge" with the death penalty. "I felt sadness seeing the image of Mubarak in a stretcher at the trial. Above all I thought that only one year ago the ex leader was known around the world as a champion in the fight against terrorism.". Frattini invited Egypt to follow the example of Norway, where the extremists were isolated. "The state's answer cannot be revenge and Egypt should avoid handing the death penalty to someone who practised it when he was in power."....

I think Ingermanland project is the most perspective namely as DEMOCRATIC regionalistic project in the modern Russia. As Ingermanlandian (although living in Moscow), I wish maximal success to the project.

WTO?
I hope Georgia will block Russia's entering in the WTO. State-aggressor must be prosecuted for de-facto annexion of Georgian territories.

Uyghurs should be treated according to international norms both at home and elsewhere. Kazakhstan must stop Ershidin's extradition to China
Statement by Senator Marco Perduca, co-vicepresident of the Nonviolent Radical Party, Transnational and Transparty:
"The ordeal of Ershidin Israel, an Uyghur currently in Kazakhstan who for some time has enjoyed the protection of the UN High Commissioner for Refugee, seems to have reached a tragic end: deportation towards China. For reasons that remain unknown to the public Mr. Ershidin has been stripped of the status he was granted by UNHCR and will therefore be handed over to Chinese authorities by the Nazarbayev government soon. As the many precedents tell us, Uyghurs, once back in China, suffer harsh prosecution if not executions.....

Radical Party Special Statement.
There is no connection whatsoever nor poltical or ideal contact between Serbia Radical Party of war criminal Voislav Seseli, that is demonstrating in Belgrade in support of Radko Mladic and the Nonviolent Radical Party, Transnational and Transparty that since the early 1990s has campaigned to creat the ad hoc International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia, collaborating, together with No Peace Without Justice, on the gathering of evidence to indict the supreme chief of the intra-Yogoslav aggressions Slobodan Milosevic.
The NRPTT therefore urges the media to specify such a dinstiction.

Rest In Peace, dear doctor!
Jack Kevorkian, the controversial American doctor who claimed to have assisted more than 100 suicides, has died aged 83.
To his critics, he was Dr Death. To other detractors, Jack the Dripper.
Kevorkian was given plenty of nicknames after receiving international attention in the 1990s, throughout which he waged a defiant campaign to help people end their lives.
But to his supporters, he became the poster boy for legislative reform....
